SFPA Management School

As the Sudan Football Players Association, one of our core missions is to support players in preparing for life beyond the pitch. In line with this commitment, we are proud to introduce the SFPA Management School.
This innovative program is designed to empower our members with education, skills, and opportunities that extend far beyond their playing careers. By bringing together experts from football, sports management, and other industries, the Management School equips players to explore new paths, realize their potential, and build meaningful careers within and beyond the football world. This initiative represents a bold step forward in our ongoing mission to support the personal growth, professional development, and long-term success of every SFPA member.

مدرسة العلوم الإدارية

نحن في الجمعية السودانية للاعبين، تُعد إحدى مهامنا الرئيسية دعم اللاعبين في التحضير لحياتهم بعد الملاعب. وضمن التزامنا بهذا الهدف، نفخر بتقديم هذه المنظومة التعليمية البسيطة كآلية تدعم تطوير وتعليم اللاعبين في مجالات متعددة بالتعاون مع اختصاصيين متواجدين حول العالم لهم تجارب عملية كل في مجاله لتقديم جلسات تعليمية مفيدة للجميع ولنقل خبراتهم ومشاركتها المجتمع الرياضي السوداني
تم تصميم هذا البرنامج المبتكر لتمكين أعضاء الجمعية من خلال التعليم، والمهارات، والفرص التي تتجاوز مسيراتهم الرياضية. من خلال جمع الخبراء من مجالات كرة القدم، وإدارة الرياضة، ومجالات أخرى، تساعد مدرسة الإدارة اللاعبين لاستكشاف مسارات جديدة، وتحقيق إمكاناتهم، وبناء مسيرات مهنية ذات معنى داخل عالم كرة القدم وخارجه. تمثل هذه المبادرة خطوة جريئة إلى الأمام في مهمتنا المستمرة لدعم النمو الشخصي، والتطوير المهني، والنجاح على المدى الطويل لكل عضو في الجمعية

The Sudanese Players Association offers a capacity building service to its members as a core component of supporting their athletic and professional development. This includes specialized training and development programs covering technical, administrative, mental, and life skills, as well as future career planning. Capacity building is a fundamental pillar of modern sports development, as a player’s success goes beyond performance on the field to include awareness, professionalism, and the ability to manage their career sustainably. In this context, the Association invites all players to register their information and join in order to benefit from these programs, enhancing their development and expanding their opportunities both within and beyond sport.

تقدم الجمعية السودانية للاعبين خدمة بناء القدرات لأعضائها كجزء أساسي من دعم مسيرتهم الرياضية والمهنية، وذلك من خلال برامج تدريبية وتأهيلية متخصصة تغطي الجوانب الفنية والإدارية والذهنية، إضافة إلى مهارات الحياة والتخطيط للمستقبل. ويُعد مفهوم بناء القدرات عنصرًا محوريًا في التطوير الرياضي الحديث، حيث لا يقتصر نجاح اللاعب على أدائه داخل الملعب، بل يمتد ليشمل وعيه، احترافيته، وقدرته على إدارة مسيرته بشكل مستدام. وفي هذا الإطار، تدعو الجمعية جميع اللاعبين إلى تسجيل بياناتهم والانضمام للاستفادة من هذه البرامج النوعية، بما يسهم في تطوير مستواهم وفتح آفاق أوسع أمامهم داخل وخارج المجال الرياضي
