How Can We help you?
The Association can assist you in resolving any issues you face with clubs, federations, or other sports entities by listening to your complaint and reviewing your request. We then communicate with the relevant party to understand the issue and work toward a fair solution, such as receiving your dues, improving your professional standing, or safeguarding your contractual rights. The Association also provides guidance on the proper steps to protect your rights as a player and follows up on your case step by step to achieve the best possible outcome.
كيف نستطيع مساعدتك؟
يمكن للجمعية مساعدتك في حل أي مشكلة تواجهها مع الأندية، الاتحادات، أو أي جهات رياضية أخرى من خلال الاستماع إلى شكواك وفحص طلبك، ثم التواصل مع الجهة المعنية لفهم سبب المشكلة والسعي لإيجاد حل عادل لك، مثل استلام مستحقاتك، تحسين وضعك المهني، أو ضمان حقوقك التعاقدية. كما تقدم الجمعية الإرشاد حول الخطوات الصحيحة لحماية حقوقك كلاعب، وتتابع شكواك خطوة بخطوة حتى الوصول إلى أفضل حل ممكن
When initiating a "Complaint Process", players are advised to adhere to the following guidelines
- عند رغبة اللاعب في تقديم شكوى أو تظلّم، يجب الالتزام بالإجراءات التالية لضمان حماية حقوقه القانونية
Use Standardised forms provided by sFPA
ensure all forms are signed by guardian (if player is a minor)
submit initial request to your club & obtain written confirmation
send copies of All communication to sFPA
خطوات تقديم الشكوى
(1)
الإخطار الأول
يقوم اللاعب بإخطار النادي كتابيًا بالمستحقات المتأخرة، ويطالب بالسداد خلال 10 أيام باستخدام نموذج الإخطار الأول
(2)
الإخطار الثاني
بعد مرور 10 أيام من إرسال الإخطار الأول يقوم اللاعب بمخاطبة النادي ويطالب بالسداد خلال 5 أيام باستخدام نموذج الإخطار الثاني أدناه
(3)
الإخطار النهائي
بعد مرور 15 يوم وفي حال عدم تجاول النادي يقوم اللاعب بإخطار النادي كتابيًا برغبته في فسخ العقد من طرف واحد باستخدام نموذج الإخطار أدناه

تقديم الشكوى الرسمية
في حال تواصل النادي أو الإتحاد في تجاهل المطالبات يمكن للاعب تقديم شكوى للجهات الخارجية للبت في قضيته عن طريق إكمال النموذج أدناه
