National Coaching Philosophy
SFPA is collaborating with experts from home and abroad to create a unified National Coaching Philosophy. This initiative aims to establish a consistent coaching approach across all levels of Sudanese football, focusing on player development, tactical understanding, and ethical values. The goal is to improve the quality of coaching nationwide, ensuring a strong foundation for the growth of football in Sudan.
Microfinance Mechanism
SFPA is launching a microfinance funding initiative to support players, coaches, and entrepreneurs in football-related businesses. This program will provide low-interest loans and financial education to help individuals and communities develop football academies, clubs, and sports-related ventures. Legends Oveseas Network
SFPA is establishing a network for Sudanese expatriate ex-players, connecting them with their home country’s football community. This initiative will foster mentorship, knowledge sharing, and career support for former players living abroad, while helping them stay engaged with Sudanese football. The network aims to leverage the experiences of ex-players to inspire and guide the next generation of talent both in Sudan and internationally.
