WHO

... do we look for?
At SFPA, we categorize players based on their age, experience, and potential to ensure they receive the appropriate development and support at every stage of their career. The Elite Category (ages 25-30) consists of peak performers already competing in top-tier international football. The Emerging Category (ages 20-25) includes players showing significant potential and on the brink of breaking into elite levels. The Developmental Category (ages 18-20) focuses on young talents in the early stages of their careers, requiring guidance to transition to professional football. The Professional Category (ages 22-28) includes players with professional experience but still refining their skills for higher competition. Overseas-based Veterans (ages 28-35) bring valuable experience, mentoring younger players while contributing in strategic roles. Lastly, the Diaspora & Non-Professional Category (ages 16-22) focuses on Sudanese players in non-professional or semi-professional environments abroad, offering pathways for long-term growth.

WHERE

... do we look?
SFPA categorizes football leagues worldwide based on their competitive level, infrastructure, and global recognition to better understand where players are developing. Top-Tier Leagues (Category A) represent the highest level of competition, featuring elite players in prestigious leagues like the English Premier League and La Liga. Competitive Leagues (Category B) are strong, emerging leagues with rising international visibility, such as Portuguese Primeira Liga and the Saudi Pro League. Developmental & Mid-Tier Leagues (Category C) focus on player growth, including leagues like the English Championship and French Ligue 2. Emerging Leagues (Category D) are rapidly developing leagues with potential, such as the Malaysian Super League, while Lower-League & Semi-Professional Leagues (Category E) offer platforms for local talent in smaller domestic environments. Finally, Semi-professional/Amateur (Category F) are new and growing leagues in countries like Bangladesh or Cambodia, fostering young, untapped talent.

HOW

... do we do it?
At SFPA, we believe that integrating cutting-edge technology into player development is essential for maximizing performance and ensuring continuous growth. By utilizing advanced digital tools, we are able to monitor players' progress, analyze key performance metrics, and provide real-time feedback that enhances their training and development. This data-driven approach allows us to tailor personalized development plans for each player, helping them improve their technical skills, physical fitness, and mental resilience. The 360Player platform is at the core of our technological strategy, offering a comprehensive solution for tracking players' performance, managing training sessions, and monitoring their overall progression. This integration of technology ensures that SFPA can stay ahead of the curve, providing players with the tools and insights needed to excel. By harnessing the power of 360Player, we empower our athletes to achieve their goals and pave the way for the future of Sudanese football on the global stage.

Our Approach

SFPA maintains a strong worldwide network of scouts and mentors, working across key international hubs to connect with Sudanese players abroad. By partnering with experienced local coaches and trusted talent spotters, SFPA ensures professional, transparent, and culturally informed engagement. This global collaboration harnesses both technical expertise and regional insights to identify emerging talent, support player development, and maintain accurate communication between players, clubs, and football authorities. All activities are guided by clear ethical standards, placing player welfare, informed consent, and development above commercial interests, and advancing SFPA’s mission to empower players while strengthening Sudan’s football ecosystem.
