Our Approach
SFPA works closely with local coaches and trusted scouts in key overseas hubs to ensure effective engagement with Sudanese players abroad in a professional and transparent manner. Through structured collaboration, SFPA leverages the technical expertise and local knowledge of coaches and scouts to help identify emerging talent, support player development, and facilitate accurate information flow between players, clubs, and relevant football bodies. This engagement is governed by clear ethical guidelines, prioritizing player welfare, consent, and development over commercial interests, and ensures that all activities align with SFPA’s mission to serve players while strengthening Sudan’s football ecosystem.
